Operation Christian Child - we are the Springboro area Drop-Off Location. Churches, organizations and individuals are welcome to drop off shoeboxes, filled with items for needy children throughout the world, during National Collection Week, the third week in November. We will make sure they are transported to a national processing center. Interfaith Hospitality Network of Warren County (IHNWC) - through IHNWC we reach out to individuals and homeless families needing shelter, meals, hospitality and support. For more information about this organization, go to www.ihnwc.org.
Clothes that Work- assists individuals moving from public assistance to job employment by outfitting them for interviews and appropriate work attire. The service provides a much needed resource for the next step toward a career. We collect business appropriate attire for men and women and deliver them to Clothes That Work to outfit individuals in the job assistance program. Food Pantries – we support two food pantries: Springboro Community Assistance Center and Franklin Area Community Services. Food drives are held throughout the year as well as giving them monetary donations. At Thanksgiving we help several families with a Thanksgiving dinner and enough groceries for a week. Halo Run 5K - May 12, 2018 is the date of our walk/run to raise money for local charities. The walk willl take place in the North Park area of Springboro. Hearts and Hands – Periodically we gather for an hour immediately following worship on Sunday morning to enjoy fellowship together while putting our hearts and hands to work on a project that supports our church’s missions and the missions of community organizations we support.
